Hey guys! How is everyone? I hope you had a lovely weekend. I have been so busy recently, so I thought I would share some of the things I have been doing.
On the 13th I went to a clinic that specialises in Chronic Pain Disorders. I was meeting them to talk about the issues with my Fibromyalgia, and where to go from here. After a long discussion with a GP, a Physiotherapist and a Psychiatrist. They decided to put me on a course of Physio and Counselling. The only issue is that my husband and I are moving to Cambridge in June, but the doctors wanted me to stay in Newbury/Reading until July. So I would have to stay with my mum for a month after moving all my things to Cambridge. I am actually thinking this will go well for me.
On the 15th I went with my best friend to a training seminar in Bracknell. She had to be a Interpreter for a deaf woman who was taking part in the seminar. I was just there to help and to learn some more. I actually enjoyed it and learnt some more sign language. On the 16th I went to the theatre with my husband, mother and my grandparents to see Blood Brothers, which is my favourite musical ever. All the women seemed to enjoy it, but my husband and grandad didn't like it as much as they thought they would. Oh well! I enjoyed it. I laughed and cried so much. I love musicals that move me! So it was a good night :)
On Sunday I went on a little road trip with my best friend and our friends and their baby girl. We had to take our friends to visit their mother, so she could meet their baby. We took a drive down A roads, so it was nice and peaceful and a good drive was had by all. We then went to a Harvester for a lovely meal before heading home. I stayed at my best friends house and then yesterday I had to go with her to the doctors in the morning, then I left and drove to my grandparents house to have my hair cut. I then had to give my nana and grandads pedicures, because they are going on holiday on Saturday. I then had dinner with my mum, which was lovely, we had Camembert baked in a loaf of bread, with a garlic putter basted all over it. It was so gorgeous. Then I headed home and had a bath and then went to bead, I was so tired and just needed to sleep.
Today I am doing NOTHING. I haven't been able to just chill out for a while, so I have done some housework, and gave myself a pedicure, and now I am watching the Big Bang Theory, and almost falling asleep. I just need to relax.
I don't have much planned for the rest of the week. I have to pop to the doctors tomorrow to order my prescription, and then all I am planning to do is pack my suitcase for holiday and recover a little.
I hope you enjoyed this, and I will talk to you guys later. Could you guys comment below on what posts you would like to see in the future. That would be great! Thanks for reading and I will talk to you soon!

Dealing with Depression and Anxiety.
I thought I would share a rather personal story with you, as I think that it could help some of you. So many people in the world are dealing with Depression and Anxiety, and most of the time they keep it hidden, which in my experiance is NOT a good idea. Also this post could be triggering to some people. So read this at your own risk. So I thought I would tell you about my experiance with Depression and Anxiety.
When I was fifteen, My mother was diagnosed with Cancer. In all honesty I didn't know what to do with my life. My first thought when I found out my mum had Cancer, was the thought that I was going to loose her, and being so close to her, I couldn't imagine my life without her. I tried to put on a brave face and help her out with things she needed, but over time, inside I was falling apart. I didn't want to tell anyone, because my mum was going through something much worse. Slowly I started getting worse. I didn't realise the hell I was spiraling into...
I began hating myself. I felt like a failure and I couldn't even look at myself in the mirror, because I hated seeing the person staring back at me. I put a smile on my face when my family were around, but when I was alone in my room, It was a whole different story. I used to wait until my mum was asleep and then cry and scream into my pillow. I just felt like I wanted to dissapear. I had never felt that low before, and then in time I began to think about taking my own life. I couldn't bear the thought of living without my mum, so I came to the conclusion that if my mum's illness became terminal, then I would take my life, so I wouldn't be without her. I started hoarding my mother blood thinning medications, and I began to write my suicide letter, to leave for my grandparents. After a while I started listening to a lot of music. I would just put my headphones in, turn off the lights and lay there with the music blasting in my ears. I would listen to the band Train a lot. I have to say in my honest oppinion, Train's music saved my life. I know some people think this is over the top. But I think if I didn't listen to them, I don't know if I'd be here now!
After a few months of skipping school, hiding from everyone and just staying in my room all day Train's music really started getting into my brain. It made me realise that suicide was not the answer and to live my life and make my mother proud. So I put the pills back and I burned my suicide note so no body would read it. my Depression still lingered, even when my mother got the all clear from her Cancer. I couldn't shift it, no matter how hard I tried. I ended up having panic attacks, and I had no idea what was going on in my brain. At this point, I was working in a nursery, and the manager didn't understannd what was going on with me. I had told them I had Depression, but I don't think they understood the severity of the situation. One day she called me into the office and said "Your mum is better now, get over it". This is when I realised I couldn't work for them. I walked out of work and handed in my notice the next day.
I remember one day I was sobbing, locked in my car, on the phone to my mum. I was telling her that I had no idea what was wrong with me, but I knew I needed help. She booked me an appointment with my Docter the next day, I spoke with him about how I was feeling, and answered some questions for him and he diagnosed me with severe depression. He put me on some anti- depressants, which in all honesty really helped. I know some people don't like the thought of taking pills, but they really did make a difference with me. My Mum said she could see a difference almost instantly. I have had some ups and downs with my depression, but having regular sessions with my Doctor, and taking anti-depressants have really helped me recover.
Now onto my experiance with anxiety. Two years ago I was diagnosed with Fibromyalgia. Which is a Chronic pain and Chronic fatigue syndrome. But another commom symptom is Anxiety. I began to worry about EVERYTHING. I coudln't stop! It would take me hours to fall asleep as I couldn't shut my brain off, and I would wake up in the night and start worrying about anything and everything. I started turning into a hermit, I hated the thought of going outside alone, as I was scared my back would go, or my legs would give way. I was scared of driving for the same reason. It came to a point where my husband asked me if something was wrong, because I seemed different. I broke down and told him that I was worrying about everything and that I couldn't stop, and also I felt like such a failure and a bad wife. He told me to book a doctors appointment and ask for some help.
I ended up going to a counciller, It felt good being able to vent about my problems and worries to someone who wasn't biased to the situation. I remember walking out of my first session feeling so much better, but I would still worry. So I went back to the Doctors and asked if there was anything else they could do, they refered me to a Cognantive Behavioual Therapist, who would help me combat my anxiety. I think I had about 8 weekly sessions with her, and I have to say. I felt so much better, now I am feeling so much more free. I ended up getting a tattoo behind my right ear to commemorate this milestone. I got a feather, because to me it really symbolises being free to me. My CBT therapist told me to think about having a inner cheerleader in my head, praising me for doing good things, to make me feel less anxious, and that is what my feather symbolises.
My advice to anyone who has or thinks they have Depression or Axiety is to TALK TO SOMEONE. My mum would always tell me 'A problem shared is a problem halved' and I do really agree with this statement. Talking to someone really does make things better. You can talk to anyone, be it a family member or a teacher or a friend. Anyone. And if you feel you need help, make a doctors appiontment, they will tell you different ways to help you.
I really hope this helped at least one person, and to be honest it felt good to get it all off my chest. So thanks for reading. I will do some more personal posts. So I hope you enjoy this. Thanks so much, and talk to you soon!

1. How many cups of tea do you have a day? How many sugars?
I am usually a coffee drinker, but some days I will have a redbush tea or the odd breakfast tea. I have 2 or 3 sugars in my tea, the same with my coffee. But all in all I have more coffee than tea!
2. What is your favourite part of a Roast Dinner?I normaly like the meat best. I love Yorkshire Puddings, mashed potatoes and gravy. I hate roast potatoes, which I know sounds crazy! It's annoying to my family, because they have to make separate mashed potatoes for me! Oh Well.
3. Favourite Dunking Biscuit?I love Custard Creams and Bourbons for dunking in Tea or Coffee, but I also love Hobnobs too.
4. Favourite quintessentially British Pastime?
Drinking Pimms on a sunny afternoon. That or Afternoon Tea. I have only had one once, but I loved having tea and scones.
5. Favourite Word?
Balderdash. I think thats my favourite british sounding word. The worst word in the world is Moist. I swear it makes me cringe every time I hear it.
6. Cockney Ryming Slang?
The only CRS I know is Apples and Pears = Stairs, but living outside London, my family didn't use much of it.
7. Favourite Sweets?
I love Rhubarb and Custards or Chewits. I also love Haribo. I am more of a sweet person than a chocolate person, but hand me a Galexy bar, and I will eat that in a heartbeat!
8.What would your Pub be called?
I like 'The Shining Star' I think that is what I would call my pub. I would like people to think its a happy and comforting place.
9. No.1 British Person?
At the moment I LOVE James Corden, or Charlie Hunnam (SOA) so I think they would be my favourite british people at the moment.

Pinterest: Recipes Wishlist
Hey guys I hope you are well. I have been looking at loads of different recipes on Pinterest. I love this website, as I can save all the lovely recipes that I have found. I have found myself in a bit of a rut when it comes to cooking. I seem to make the same recipes all the time. So I have been looking at recipes to spice dinner time up a bit. I don't make a lot of desserts or cakes, but I still like to look at sweet recipes. I thought I would share some sweet and savoury recipes that really caught my eye. I hope you enjoy, and maybe you will get some inspiration or ideas for your meals.
First is an Easy Beef and Broccoli Stir Fry. I love Chinese food, but the amount of MSG in Chinese food is insane and it's not good for my Fibro. But I found this recipe and I really want to cook it. It doesn't have too many ingredients, and some of them you most probably already have on hand. I think this is good because you can have rice or noodles along with it. If you are interested in this recipe the website is:

I love the idea of creole food, but I have never tried it. I imagine it would have a lot of flavour and most probably some spice. I saw this Jambalaya recipe, and instantly wanted to try it. I love the fact that it is all cooked in one pot, which makes washing up so much easier. This recipe uses sausage, chicken and prawns, but I'm sure you can change the meats and seafood around to your liking, or omit the meat completely or add tofu. It has lots of spices and flavouring and only takes 55 minutes to make. If this recipe tickles your taste buds. Take a look at this website:

I love chicken! I think it's my favourite meat, because you can change the flavours up and make it into anything you like. I even like it plain. But this recipe caught me eye. This gorgeous Chicken in a Bacon and Mustard Sauce looks so mouth watering. You could have anything with this recipe, potatoes, rice, pasta, and any vegetables of your choosing. This part of the meal is all done in one pan and doesn't use many ingredients. If you want to take a look at the website then here it is:

Next for a sweet turn. I have been obsessed with Lemon and Poppy Seed desserts. This Lemon and Poppy Seed Cake with Cream Cheese Frosting looks amazing! I don't have the patience to make cakes, but I really want to try this one. It's got quite a few ingredients, but most of them you probably already have. It does take a while to make but I bet it would taste fantastic, maybe I can make it with my family, then it won't take so much of a toll on my body. If this delicious recipe looks good to you here is the website:

This next recipe is very simple. This Peanut Ginger Noodle dish looks amazing and you can add anything you want to this. this dish is only 400 calories also which is great if you are on a low calorie diet or something. you can switch up the veggies in this dish. I think if I made this I would add Chicken, and broccoli and asparagus. You could use spaghetti or any other type of pasta. If you would like to try this recipe for yourself, here is the link:
http://therecipecritic.com/2015/01/peanut-ginger-noodles/
I love Mexican food! So this Chicken Enchilada Rice Casserole looks fantastic. It doesn't use many ingredients, and I think this would be good if you are cooking for a larger family, or you could half this for 2 people. That is what I would do any way. It's all the parts of an enchilada, but without the tortilla. I think this would fill you up because of the all the rice. This only has sweetcorn, but you could add any veggies that you want! If you want to look at the recipe, here you go:

Favourite Characters In TV Programmes
Hey guys, I have been binge watching TV Programmes recently, and I always find myself getting attached to at least one of the characters in each programme. So I thought I would share some of my most loved characters with you. Just letting you know this will be a long post, as there are so many characters I love and also this post will have spoilers, you have been warned! Comment below on your favourite characters in TV programmes, I would love to know.
I'm going to start with Pretty Little Liars, which is one of my favourite TV programmes on the planet. I have two favourite characters, the first one I'm going to start with is Spencer Hastings. First of, look at how beautiful she is, she is the perfect embodiment of brains and beauty. She always finds out the links between the clues, and figures all the hard questions that A asks of them. She also is a very loving friend who has been through some serious shit. She has had some issues with drugs, which ends up getting her in pretty big trouble, and some times she can be too blunt for her own good. But I really found a connection to her. Troian Bellisario did a really good job of fleshing out this character and making her really relatable.
And now for the eye candy part of Pretty Little Liars. Caleb Rivers. I was hooked on him since his first episode. I love the way he's so mysterious, at the beginning you don't really know what to make of him. But you find out he's just a young man who has had a lot of issues in his life. He is defiantly one of the most loving in protecting characters. Not only does he protect his girlfriend Hannah, but also her friends. Showing that he really does love and care for her. Also he is one of the most gorgeous men I have ever seen in my life. Tyler Blackburn, Good job darling. You made an awesome character, flaws and all!
Now on to another one of my favourite programmes. Once Upon A Time. I have always loved fairy tales for as long as I can remember, so this programme really resonates with me. I have a couple of favourite characters, my first is Regina Mills/ The Evil Queen. She's such an awesome character, and I love the way her character arch changes during the course of the programme. The way her love for Henry really changes her life. I love the way she used fear as a weapon in the beginning, but falling in love really changes her, makes her want to be a better women, which I think she has done. I love the way all the characters have a back story, but hers is sad because she never wanted to be queen or evil. The only reason she did it was for revenge.
And my other favourite character is Mr. Gold/ Rumpelstiltskin. I love the difference in his two characters. When he's in Storybrooke, he is a ordinary man, full of greed and lust for power. Where as in the Enchanted Forest, as Rumpelstiltskin he is a completely different person, looks and personality. he has glittery, almost scale like skin, and he talks in a much higher pitch voice and acts a lot more eccentric. I always knew Robert Carlyle was a good actor, but it wasn't until I saw him in this, that I realised just how good he was. He's the main reason I watch this show, and I hope he never leaves it!
Next programme is Vampire Diaries. I only finished watching this a couple of months ago, but I really enjoyed it. One of the main reasons I enjoyed it was Damon Salavtore. The older of the Salvatore brothers. Not only is he so handsome, but I love the character's wit and charm. At first he seems pretty nasty, he's rude and obnoxious and a ruthless vampire, but over time, and falling in love with Elena, he changes so much, and becomes a lot more caring and helpful to others. He also has to go through the loss of his best friend, but luckily he comes back to life, and helps him put the pieces back together. I've seen Ian Somerhalder in Lost before, but his character in this defiantly surpasses his other characters.
Next is Caroline Forbes, at first the popular girl in school who takes care of all the events in the school. But when she is killed with vampire blood in his system, she becomes a vampire. Having the Salvatore brothers teach her how to function properly she ends up being one of the main characters. She falls in love with a werewolf and also is lusted after by one of the Original vampires. I really like Caroline because she is such a perky and happy character (most of the time) and she makes me happy when I watch TVD. She is a very fleshed out and relatable character also.
I have been watching Supernatural on and off for around 7 years. So I was bound to get attached to a couple of characters. First is Bobby Singer. Who is a veteran Supernatural hunter and Proxy father to the Winchester brothers. I think Bobby was the first character in a TV programme that I really connected to. I just loved how caring he was to the Winchesters. He really was more of a father to them than their own father. He also helped them alot with their hunts with his extensive knowledge of supernatural beings. He has been through a lot of shit. Having to kill his wife because she was possesed by a daemon, loosing one of his best friends, having to deal with the problems with the Winchester brothers, and finally loosing his life by one of the beings he hunts. His death was the first time I really cried at the death of a character, and I have found that Supernatural has never been the same since. Bobby was such a caring man, but also a badass when duty called.
And I know I have to pick one of the Winchester Brothers, and without a doubt my favourite is Dean. First of all, just look at him! He's so beautiful, and I swear he doesn't look any different from the first season. He's another character that has been through a lot of crap, and has had to make many sacrifices for his family. He's a protective big brother who will fight to the death for Sam. But I think the thing I like most about him is his wit and charm. He's a ladies man, and a natural flirt. But he will always find a way to make me laugh in most episodes. Jensen Ackles really made this character real and will always be known for playing Dean Winchester.
Another recent programme I finished watching was Hemlock Grove. A Supernatural based programme which grabbed me from episode one! My favourite character is Peter Rumancek. Being from Romany Gypsy decent, I know most of the superstitions related to gypsy life, so I think that was what first drew me to this character. Later on you find out he is a werewolf and his best friend Roman is a Vampire. This strange pairing have to deal with a lot of bad things that happen in Hemlock Grove. He has to deal with the loss of his girlfriend, but in time, and with the help of his best friend, they work together to pick up the pieces. There is a lot of turmoil between him and Roman, but they always find ways to work things out. He's just so relatable, with all his flaws and personality traits.
Shelly is another one of my favourite characters in Hemlock Grove. For the majority of the show she doesn't talk, but she shows her emotions very well in her body language. She always feels unloved, by everyone except from her brother Roman. Through all the rubbish she has been through she is always searching for something more. Which in a way reminds me of me. I always looked for something better during the bad times in my life. Shelly is the character I always look for in every episode. she finds good friends and even a little love during the run of the show, that's something that makes me very happy.
I am a horror movie lover. As some of you may know, So I jumped to watch the adaptation of Psycho, Bates Motel. It's a prequel to Psycho, which explains why Norman is the way he is. The character of Norman Bates is amazing and Freddie Highmore did an amazing job of portraying this strange character. The reason I like him is his actions keeps me on the edge of my seat, You never know what he will do next, and you never know what he is thinking. Even just the way he looks at the other cast members or the camera creeps me out, which shows how much of a good actor he is. Thank you Freddie Highmore for doing justice to such a classic character.
My husband and I loved to watch prison break after he'd finished work. I didn't think I would like it, but I was hooked. My favourite character is T-Bag. Like Norman Bates, T-Bag really creeps me out, just the way he acts in normal situations gives me chills, which shows he's an awesome actor as I'm guessing he's nothing like that in real life. I am so glad he was a primary character, and was in most episodes, as he bring humour and the creepiness factor to every episode he's in. He's defiantly a character you love to hate.
It's hard to pick a favourite character in American Horror Story, because every season is a different storyline and has different characters. But I think my favourite was Tate Langdon, from the first season of AHS. I have no idea what drew me to him, he was creepy but at the same time he was a hopeless romantic who fell in love with a beautiful young woman. You always know there is something weird about the character, but you are never sure of what it is. Later on you find out that he's actually a ghost and he turned psycho, burnt his stepfather alive, gunned down a school, and raped a member of the main family. Bad thing is you find this all out at the end, but you are already hooked on the character. Evan Peters is such a good actor and every character he plays in AHS is amazing, and in all honesty he is the reason I watch AHS, That and I'm a massive horror fan.
And now on to Sons Of Anarchy. I have just finished watching this programme so I am still on a high from it. I have a quite a few favourite characters, so this may drag this post on a while. Here we go!
Opie is obviously my favourite character, as seen in my 'Crying at a TV Programme' post. I love how he looks like a badass on the outside with his long hair, beard and tattoos. But on the inside he's like a teddy bear with a soft heart who loves his partners, club and friends, and that I love in a character. Also I think he is beautiful, and I've never like bearded men. I won't talk any more about him but read my post mentioned above for more information.
I love Tig, but his is for a different reason. He is a psycho! I swear he is mental in the head, when you get him angry, there is no stopping him! I love his funny one liners, he makes me laugh so much, just with the way he acts in every episode. He has never fully felt love and only has one night stands. That is until he meets Venus, a transexual woman, who he falls in love with, and at that point we see a whole other side to him, which is lovely. You get to see there is a heart inside of Tig. Kim Coats is an amazing actor and I take my hat off to him... well, if i was wearing one.
And finaly we have Gemma Morrow. I have loved Katy Sagel since I watched 8 Simple Rules, so knowing she was in Sons Of Anarchy made this even better for me. I love her character, she is a absolute badass. But she loves her son and grandson more than anything and will protect them no matter what. During season two she was raped by a horrible gang, and that's when you see there is a real vunrable person inside that badass shell. Also she really fleshed out the character, and made her relateable. I know I would protect my family no matter what. Luckily I don't live with a Biker Club, so I don't have to deal with everything she does. She does do some bad things, but she always thinks she has a reason, and most of the time I agree with her ideals.
So that is my favourite characters, as I have been reading this I have realised that most of my favourite characters have been through a lot of shit, and I really enjoy watching vunrable characters because I find it shows how good an actor is. I'm sorry this was such a long post. I tend to waffle when I talk about things that I love.
Lush Wishlist
Hey guys! So I am the type of person that LOVES taking baths! I take one most nights, I find it really helps me wind down after a long day, and with having Fibromyalgia, it helps soothe my muscles before bed. I found Lush when I was around 15. I loved all the unique smells and looks of all their products. But it wasn't until last year that I became fully obsessed with their products. I love their company, they are Cruelty Free, which is a massive bonus for me as I am an avid animal lover. I thought I would show you some of the products I have been lusting over, it will cover both bath products and skin care. It might give you some inspiration also. Here we go!
First I'm going to start with bath bombs. I think these are my favourite products, along with the bubble bars. I love the way they colour your bath water, and the scent stays for ages, it doesn't fade away quickly like other bath bombs I've tried. Here are some of my favourites!
And lastly we have Sex Bomb. This product looks so gorgeous before you even put it in the bath! Just look at it! This one give your bath a subtle pinky purple colour to your bath and the gorgeous floral scents really chill you out. With Jasmine and Clary Sage oil and also Ylang Ylang. Its such a beautiful and unique product. You defiantly need to give it a go! This retails for £3.50
Next we move on to bubble bars. Unlike the bath bombs, these fill your bath with so many bubbles, lovely colours and also gorgeous scents. I usually break these into smaller chunks so I can use them again and again!
First we have the Rose Jam Bubbleroon. As you can see it looks like a gorgeous little macaroon, but it has the most gorgeous rose scent and makes your bath pink and full of bubbles. It also moisturises your skin. So I find this product a great all rounder. With Rose, Lemon and Geranium Oil, this is such a beautiful sweet and floral scent. This retails for £3.75
This is my favourite product of all time. This is The Comforter. And boy does it live up to it's name! This can be broken into 4 pieces, which makes it completely worth the money. It give your bath a gorgeous purple colour to your bath, and the scent is a mix of Bergamont Oil, Cassis Absolute and Cypress Oil. To me it smells like blackcurrant, it's the perfect mix of sweet and relaxing. I will never stop loving this product. This retails for £4.95
Having Fibro, I get some horrible and painful muscles around my neck and shoulders, but also in my back and arms. This massage bar called Wiccy Magic Muscles Is a life saver. You can use it in two ways, use it on the smooth side for a regular muscles, but on the tougher bits use the side with the seeds on to penetrate deeper into the skin. It uses Cinnamon Oil, Peppermint Oil, Jojoba Oil and Cocoa butter to leave your skin feeling gorgeous. The smell stays on your skin also so you can use it almost like perfume too. This retails for £6.50
I like to use their masks, when I really feel like I need pampering. Here are some of the ones I really want to try!
I love the smell of coffee so this exfoliating mask called Cup O' Coffee sounds like a dream! with Coffee beans, Vanilla Oil and Cocoa extract. This product sounds amazing. You apply it, leave for 10-15 minutes and then wash off, and you will cleanse and exfoliate your face in one step! This retails for £6.50
Another exfoliating mask, this one is called Oatifix. This has oats, bananas and vanilla pods. To me that sounds like breakfast but I bet it smells amazing! Again leave this on for 10-15 mins and then wash off and your skin will feel beautiful and clear afterwards! This retails for £6.75!
And the last one is called Aysha. This is a mask to perk and wake up the skin. So this would be great to use in the morning, or if you have dull skin. It uses Kiwi and Asparagus, and also Witch Hazel to detoxify the skin and get rid of any dirt or excess oils, and also Rosemary oil as an antiseptic. I really want to try this one as I find that my skin can sometimes look a little dull.
I love the Mint Julips Lip Scrub. It makes your lips feel amazing after using. All you have to do is apply it on the lips in circular motions, and applying a little pressure, then you wipe off, or sometimes I find myself licking it off because it tastes so good! Your lips will feel fresh but also moisturised at the same time! It uses Peppermint, Vanilla and Jojoba oils and caster sugar. It's amazing! It retails for £5.50
So that's everything at the moment, but I'm sure I'll think of a million other things later! Thanks for reading and I'll talk to you soon!

Crying At A TV Programme.
So I thought I should mention that this post contains so many spoilers. If you are currently watching Sons Of Anarchy. Don't read any further. Thank you so much!
So I started watching Sons Of Anarchy about a month ago, I started watching on a whim, but I was hooked on the first episode. The characters were so fleshed out and thought through. I enjoyed all of the characters, but one really stood out to me. Harry "Opie" Winston is a 6ft 4" badass with a beard and long hair, but he has a heart of gold and really cares about the lives of his friends, the club and his family. I found myself constant drawn to this beautiful man.
I was so connected to Ryan Hurst's character of Opie, I felt so sorry for him, he went through so much rubbish in the first few seasons. His wife was brutally murdered by a member of the club, and his father was killed by the president of the club. He always had problems with his ties to the club, and always had some issues with his best friend Jax. There were so many moments where I got a little teary eyed at the struggles that Opie faced. I really think I was falling in love with the character of Opie.
By the time it got to season 5, I was hooked on Opie. I just couldn't believe a man could be so sweet and loving, but at the same could be so badass and blow things up and shoot people. There was an episode where I literally fell apart. On season 5 episode 3, the Sons have been put into prison by Pope. He make a offer to the Sons, that one of the club have to die, for the rest of the club to be free. Jax decided to take a stand, and refuse. But Opie decides to sacrifice himself for the club. He headbutts the prison guard and gets put in the 'Box' where he has to fight a group of other prisoners. All he is armed with is a metal pipe. The thing that makes it even worse is that there is a window, so the other Sons can watch what happens to Opie. At this point I was tearing up because I knew something bad was going to happen. In the beginning Opie was actually doing well, I thought he could actually win. But then one of the other prisoners grabbed him from behind and the others started pummelling Opie. I started to cry, because Jax and Chibs where banging on the glass, screaming and crying. Opie's last scene made me sob to the point where I couldn't breathe. Opie is on his knees, looking at his brothers and there is not much sound, he then says "I've got this" then all of a sudden one of the prisoners smack Opie around the back of the head with the pipe. All you hear is the sound of the pipe hitting his head. Then you see Jax and Chibs screaming. I was shaking and I couldn't breathe. I couldn't believe how connected I was to Opie. It really felt like I had watched a close friend get killed. So good job to Ryan Hurst. You created such an amazing character. Thank you so much!
So I calmed myself down, and then two episodes later it was Opie's funeral. So the waterworks started again. The thing that made it worse was it was an open casket funeral. So you see him laying there, with the marks all over his face. All of the Sons put something meaningful in the casket. The thing that made me cry the most is when Jax put the photo of the two of them as children. He put it in Opie's pocket and said "see you later bro" This made me cry so bad. Sons Of Anarchy has turned me into such an emotion wreck!
I have to say after Opie died, the programme didn't seem to be as great. It seemed to just go in a downward spiral. I still enjoyed the programme, but I found some of the characters changed in a way that isn't that great. I would still recommend this programme to anyone. There is a lot of violence and sex in this programme but if you are over 16, I would suggest giving it a go. You may be surprised. There are some other amazing characters such as Chibs (Tommy Flannagan), Tig (Kim Coates) and Gemma (Katy Sagal) They did such a good job making such fleshed out characters that really grip you.
Sorry if this post was a little long winded, but I needed to get all this emotion out before I cry again! Thanks for reading and I will talk to you soon!

Thoughts & Feelings On My New Career Path
Hey guys, I hope you are all having a fantastic Easter weekend, and ate loads of delicious chocolate, I know I did! I thought I would talk to you about my new career path and what my plans are for the future.
So I will start with a little background information. I have had Fibromyalgia for coming up three years now, and for most of that time, I had been unemployed as I cannot work shifts due to massive flare ups. I began to become almost like a hermit. I was scared to leave the house alone, I became scared of driving. My home felt like the only place that was safe. I would just sit on the sofa day in day out driving myself slowly insane. I began to feel so low about myself, I would almost feel like a failure to my family and friends.
About 3 months ago I went to one of my friends who is doing a course to become a professional Masseuse. She told me about a company called The Beauty Academy. They do loads of courses in all aspects of beauty. From nails to spray tans, from makeup to eyelash extensions. Everything you could think of. For as long as I can remember, I have loved everything to do with the beauty industry, I love the creativity involved. I found an awesome course with covered Manicures and Pedicure, Acrylic nails and UV gel nails. I spoke to my family about my new career idea. Being a military wife, I move around a bit, and it can be hard to keep getting different jobs every time you move. So I thought doing this course and getting a qualification to make me a Nail Technician would be perfect as I could work from home and not have to worry every time we move, also it would give me a reason to get out of bed, a way to make myself feel more empowered. My family all agreed that it was a brilliant idea, and they helped me purchase the beginnings of my nail kit, which as I have found out is never ending, you will always find new things you want to purchase.
I had my Manicure and Pedicure course first. They taught me everything I needed to know and we also practised on each other so we could get the hang of everything ourselves. My tutor Noreen is the most amazing tutor I could ask for, she is so layed back, which I find makes it easier to learn. She gives a lot of encouragement and praise, which again makes you want to work harder. We learnt how to clean and prep the nails, how to give a hand and arm massage and how to paint nails too. I left the course feeling amazing. I didn't want it to end.
Then I had my acrylics course, which was the one I was most nervous about. I had never done any tip work on nails. but we learnt the proper way to apply tips and prep the nails, applying the acrylic, and making it look neat and professional. It was difficult at first but practise makes perfect.
Tomorrow I have my UV Gel course. I already have some knowledge in this so hopefully it will be easier for me than the last one. I'm really looking forward to it, but at the same time I am sad because it is my last course.
After tomorrow I will be fully qualified. I have already started to practise on people I know. I am trying to boost my portfolio, and get some pictures, so that when I move a fully begin my business My clients have an idea of the treatments I am providing.
My plans for the future is to create a proper business, And that I can make some money for my husband and I to be able to do more with our lives, and also I want to learn more cool techniques and beautiful nail art ideas.
Sorry if this is rambling, but I am just so happy that my life is turning around, I actually find when I'm busy doing nails my Fibro symptoms get better, I'm guessing it's because I'm distracted. I will keep you updated about about how my business turns out. I have a facebook page, if you would like to take a look at some of my work, or even get in contact with me. Here is the link below.

Update 26/03/2016
Hey guys I hope you all are well, and have had a good week.
I haven't been doing too much this week. On Monday I went to Surrey with Adel to do another class on British Sign Language. I really enjoy going with her, because I get to learn as well as hep Adel. I actually think I could have a conversation with someone in sign language now. Tuesday was a free day, I didn't do much until the evening when my mother came over for dinner. I love seeing her as much as I can at the moment because I know in June I will be moving!
Wednesday I did a gel manicure for a client of mine, which was nice. I'm loving to get as much practise as I can get. She chose a beautiful baby pink shade with gold shimmer running through it. I used a builder gel as well to make the manicure last longer. I was really happy with the results. This is what it looked like.
Then on Thursday I had another free day, I just focused on myself for a while. I had a nice bath and then watched Sons Of Anarchy in bed. I have been sobbing over the programme because my favourite character Opie died. I don't think I've ever cired so much at a TV programme.
Friday I had a client in the morning who wanted a normal manicure. We ended up picking a beautiful rose gold shade which looked amazing with her complexion and it really made her engagement ring sparkle. I would say I'm getting pretty good and quicker at manicures now. Here is what that mani looked like:
Today I wasn't planning on doing much. My grandmother messaged me this morning inviting Shane and I for an Indian at her house, and I couldn't say no! Because I was bored I decided to practise a gel overlay with tips. I then decided to put two pink colours on my nails and then add some rhinestones. It isn't my normal look but I had to practise something bold. Here is what my nails look like at the moment!
They aren't that bright in person. That's because of the flash! But seeing as I have never done a gel overlay with tips, I think I did an okay job!
My plans for this Easter weekend are:
Tomorrow I am having a chilled out day, Which to be honest I really feel like I need at the moment! On Monday we are going to my grandparents house for a get together which we do most Bank Holiday Mondays. The rest of the week is unplanned, but Shane is off work at the moment, I hope we will get a chance to do something nice.
I hope you have a lovely week, filled with love and affection. And I will talk to you all soon!
