Hey guys, I'm sorry it's been a while, I haven't been having the best of times over the past few days. So I thought I would update you a little on things that have been going on in my life.
Up until two days ago I was feeling pretty good, my anxiety wasn't playing up and things seemed to be going pretty well. My husband and I decided to trade in our car, which at the moment is too hard for me to get in and out of all the time, So we started looking for a higher car, and we found one and decided to go for it, we are getting a Nissan Juke, which (thank God) is higher up and easier for me to get into. Shane wanted to get a Land Rover, but I said no! We are waiting for the car to be delivered and MOTed and valeted, which means we should be able to pick it up some time next week.
I have been seeing a lot of my best friend which is awesome, she makes me feel so much better when things are getting tough. I have only seen my mum once this week which is pretty sad, but I am so proud of her and her new job!
Two days ago I had my first proper panic attack in two years, I really don't know why it happened, but I ended up feeling rubbish all day long, I think my depression/anxiety just peaked. When my husband came home, I ended up crying, when Shane asked me what was wrong, I had no idea.
I haven't got much planned for the weekend, I'm hoping I can get Shane out of the house and maybe we can do some Christmas Shopping, as it's coming round pretty quickly. But I think the weekend might be a pretty chilled out one.
I'm going to try and do some more posts today, to make up for how rubbish I have been recently.
