Holiday Essentials- Clothing

So for the last post in my holiday essentials I am going to write about the types of clothes I like to take on holiday. Obviously every one is different, but this is my personal preferance.

The first thing that I love to wear on holiday is dresses, I love how elegant and easy dresses are, you can just pop in on and then head out. I like to wear simple ones in the day time, like skater dresses or slip dresses, and then in the evening I love to wear maxi dresses, I think they suit my curvy and tall shape. This short sun dress is perfect and definatly on my list for things to get for holiday! This is £17.99 from New Look.(above) and this gorgoeus maxi dress is £19.99 and is also from New Look (below)

Next are tops. I like to bring a few different types of tops, simple strappy tops, which I usually get for around £2.00 at Primark, I like the ones that are labled under 'Cami Dresses' as i like them to be longer and I feel more comfortable in them, Next I like simple T shirts, these are easy to pop on during the day when you are going for a walk about exploring the place you are staying, again I usually get these from Primark for around £4.00, again I like to get them slightly bigger as I like to be comfortable. At the moment I love these cold shoulder tops, New Look do these simple tops for £7.99 and they have a few gorgeous colours including black (as pictured above), grey, white and pink. And finally I like Gypsy tops, i think they are so flattering, I have quite broad shoulders, and I think they really suit me, This one is from New look and is £17.99.(below) I would love to wear crop tops, but I don't have the body for that!

I love Kimonos! I love to wear them over here but even more so on holiday. On days when its a little breezy or in the evenings when it gets a little colder I think these are the perfect addition to an outfit. I like to wear simple ones over dresses or a top and shorts. Just like this one from New Look (above) This on retails for £27.99 and I think this is perfect for those chillier nights. I think ones like this one (below) from New Look would look amazing with a simple white or black maxi dress of maxi skirt and strappy top. This retails for £17.00

I really like playsuits and jumpsuits. Again I think these are perfect for both the day time and in the evening. I think these are really flattering and suit my figure, especially as they are sinched in at the waist. This playsuit from New look (above) is amazing, and I think that the colour will go perfect with my skin tone and hair colour, you could dress this up or down, and it's a great additon to your wardrobe. This retails for £17.99 and also comes in Navy. Jumpsuits are my favourite, the only problem I have is trying to go to toilets into these! But they look beautiful. This 3/4 length jumpsuit (below) is gorgoeus and is from New Look and retails for £19.99. I love the pattern and the beautiful colours.

I like to wear skirts, but only in the evening, when I do a lot of walking in hot countries I get the infamous 'chub rub' or chafiing. It's not nice. but when I do wear skirts I usually wear midi or maxi skirts. I love to look feminne. I think this beautiful white midi skirt (above) would look gorgeous with a black and white striped top. This retails for £19.99 from New Look.
And this fantastic maxi dress (below) will make make look sleek and put together on a night out with my husband. I love the pattern and I would look awesome as pictured with a black top. It retails for £19.99 from New Look.

Next on to shorts, I dont wear them often, because of my figure, but I like to wear them when I walk down to the pool or around the town. I don't have much to say about shorts, but I really like these simple shorts, they have them in a wide range of colours and they retail for £14.99 and I will be getting a few of these for my holiday.

I would only wear trousers a few time on holdiay, I love leggings and I will be taking a few with me, I will wear jeans on the plane, I love boyfriend jeans and I think they suit me well. These gorgeous ones are again from New Look and retail for £24.99. I like to wear them with a slouchy top and a hoodie (which i will show below) and I like these striped wide leg trousers, with a black top. I think these are sleek and so comfortable. These retail for £19.99 again from New Look.

And last the one thing I need on the plane journey is a hoodie. I like to get baggy hoodies so i can snuggle up in them on the plane. This simple one from Sports Direct is only £7.00 and is perfect to snuggle up in the plane, to make myself into a little cocoon.
