So as you know I have had a rough week. I have been dealing with a lot of pain this week. It's just a flare up, it's just I haven't had one since I had been diagnosed. The doctor seemed to think that it might be that my Zomorph wasn't working, and that I needed to change the pain killers I am on. So now I am on Tramadol. I have been on this before, but it makes me super drowsy and a little shaky, it's almost like i'm vibrating. I've had to stop driving because I didn't want to risk getting into an accident, because of feeling drowsy.
My husband has been a god send and has really looked after me for the past few days. He has been helping me with dinner, he never cooks so this is something that rarely happens. He keeps checking up on me, making sure I have everything I need, we have cuddles on the sofa watching our favourite show, and then we will go to bed at the same time and snuggle up together and listen to an audio-book together until we fall asleep, which for Shane is five minutes.
Another life-saver is my mumma bear. I couldn't do anything without her. She has come round for the last two days and just made me feel better in general, helping me walk Leia, making the lunch with me, popping into town with me because i'm scared to go anywhere alone. Words cannot describe how much I love this woman. We have this amazing bond that I can't even begin to explain. I would never change a thing, and if your reading this mum, Thankyou for everything you have done. I hope you know I am so thankful for everything you have done for me. I will be eternaly greatful.
And now moving on to some good news, one of my best friends, Poppy, Got engaged a few days ago, I am so happy for her because she has finally found the perfect woman for her, My mum and I went out with her about three weeks ago, and I could tell that see that she was exoloding with happiness, she has become the Poppy that I remember and I love it.
So that is my life recently trying to get used to the new medication. Thank You for reading this.
