When I got on the airplane I was super nervous, I didn't want to have a flare up or get a migraine while I was on the plane and had nothing to help it. So the first thing that I did was try and get some sleep, I put on some relaxing music and I put the lap tray down and put my eye mask on to block out any light (as my eyes have become super sensitive to light) I managed to sleep for a few hours and then I just read my book after. I got up and walked around a little a few times during the flight, and I was really surprised on how good I felt.
I have been on holiday for just over a week, and I have to say I feel so much better, it's the closest I'm going to be to my former self. I have had two small headaches which only lasted under an hour, sometimes I do get a little tired, but I can just have a little nap or an early night. And I haven't had a flare up at all since I have been here. Which is so weird because I usually have 5 bad days in a week. I don't know what is making me feel so much better but I think I'm going to put it down to the sun and getting so much vitamin D. Also I think it's because I feel so much more relaxed when I'm here, also I enjoy getting up and walking around. I'm hoping this will continue when I get home but we are going to have to see. I will keep you informed about that.
