Update 4/08/2015

Hey guys sorry I have been a little MIA. I have been planning for my holiday and the on the 1st my husband and I got on a plane to Tenerife. I can't explain it but I feel so much better here. I don't know if it's the sun or swimming or a mix of everything but I feel amazing! I will post a big post about my holiday when I get back on the 15th! So I will speak to you guys then!
