Holiday Essentials- Face Makeup Products

The next part of my summer essentials is beauty products that I would need when I go on holiday. When I go away, I don't like to wear loads of makeup, but when I go out for dinner with my husband I want to look nice and polished. So I thought I would share some of the products I will be using on holiday.

So lets start with face products, You want to use a primer because even if you are going out for a short space of time, the heat and humidity could make your makuep move around. I like to use a luminous primer so my makeup can look glowy but not oily. This Bojouis Luminous Primer retails for £10.99. 

Next on to foundation, I would like to use something light, but with medium coverage. I have heard a lot about this Bojouis Healthy Mix foundation and I think that It would be perfect to use on holiday. I try and get a shade darker of foundation, so I can blend it into my pale skin, and when I get a subtle tan, it wouldn't look ghostly.

I think concealer is a godsend, I get very dark circles, and so I have heard that this Maybelinne concealer is amazing, also I think that this product is great for on the go looks because the applicator is like a brush, so you don't need to bring as many things with you. This product retails for £7.99 at Superdrug.

I need a little powder just to control the oil on my T zone, so I wouldn't buy anything exspensive. I would probably buy this Collection Transparent Compact Powder. This retails for £2.99 at Superdrug.

I am not a huge blush fan, but I think that a hint of colour when you are on holiday is a bonus, so I have decided to get a cheap blusher for when I go out in the evenings. I love Kiko products and this blush is Golden peach is perfect. It retails for £7.50 on the Kiko website or im stores.

Next Bronzer. I love bronzers and I think that it can make all the difference when you have pale skin like me. I love the MUA Bronzed Perfection Bronzer and I think it's a perfect colour for the summer. its got a slight shimmer and I think that it's great for when you are in a hot country. This product retails for £3.00 at Superdrug.

And finally for face products, Highlighter!  I love these products and I think they are brilliant for when you want to show of your beautiful skin, no matter how tanned or pale it is. I have all of the colours of these MUA Undress Your Skin Highlighters, and I think that they are some of the best highlighters that I have found. They retail for £3.00 at superdrug and they give you such a beautiful glow.
